Basket mouth, Bovi, Helen Paul, and others came through with their aura of unique stage persona and jokes cracking on Sunday, August 6th, 2017 at the Jorgor event centre for the biggest comedy show in Nigeria, Glo Laffta Fest.  
The night kept bubbling with laughter as all comedians took turns to thrill the audience with their hilarious jokes. On-Air-Personality and stand-up comedian, Osama, together with social media sensation Mr. Patrick were also present to entertain the crowd.




Nollywood  actresses, Uche Jombo Rodriguez and Ebube Nwagbo were hosts for the night as special guests appearances were made by Richard Mofe Damijo, Odunlade Adekola, Mr. Latin and Victor Osuagwu.


The GloLaffta Fest train will be hitting Ikorodu, Lagos on the 13th of August. Other cities to host the show in the coming weeks are FESTAC, Suleja, Kano and Ayingba.

The French President, Emmanuel Macron, on Wednesday in Lagos conferred France’s highest national honour of Commander of the Legion of Honour on Globacom Chairman, Dr Mike Adenuga, Jr. Dr. Adenuga thus becomes the first Nigerian to be decorated with the award. Tagged Glo 2, the road map for the project was unveiled at a contract-signing ceremony between the national operator, Globacom, and global telecom solutions vendors, Huawei at Eko Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos, on Tuesday.
